帕森斯鏈鎖式和V型鎖式接鏈環(huán)由于采用了針對平環(huán)和立環(huán)連接不同的個性化設(shè)計，從而保證得到了優(yōu)良的機(jī)械性能和疲勞壽命，完全能夠和D級鏈條配合使用。

Based on their different usage, Chain Lock and V lock are designed variously to maintain the optimized mechanical properties and work life, thus make it fit with the chain in G100(Grade D)。 

1、設(shè)計

接鏈環(huán)設(shè)計采用了先進(jìn)的CAD設(shè)計軟件，在制造之前就用有限元進(jìn)行了全部的應(yīng)力分析和優(yōu)化設(shè)計。

1、 Research

All designs of chain connector are made by CAD; the infinity element are abstracted to have stress analysis and optimal study 。

2、原材料供應(yīng)

所有原材料均在英國鋼廠特殊定制，對合金成份和尺寸嚴(yán)格控制，保證了接鏈環(huán)產(chǎn)品能夠經(jīng)受最惡劣采煤環(huán)境的考驗。此外對進(jìn)廠的每一捆原材料都單獨進(jìn)行化驗分析和理化檢驗，建立檔案。

2、 Raw material supplying 

All the raw materials are specially purchased from England with careful choice, in which alloy properties and dimension are strictly controlled, so it is no doubt the chain connector can be used in rough condition. Each lot of raw material are through metallographic examination and labeled against their composition and physical appearance. 

3、鍛造

鍛造毛坯完全在英國premier stampings 鍛造廠精密鍛造，加熱采用中頻加熱并紅外測溫監(jiān)控，防止了鍛造過程晶粒粗大和氧化脫碳。

3、 Forging

All the fined forgings are made in Premier Stampings, England, they are treated by means of intermediate frequency heating, The heating temperatures are controlled with infrared rays, this will help prevent rough grains and oxidized decarburization

加工完全采用了數(shù)控加工中心進(jìn)行加工，每對半環(huán)一次裝卡，一次加工成形，保證了裝配尺寸的高度精確。

4、 Process

All the parts are through CNC machining, each half link are machined and formed only with one fixture and one time setting, therefore, the accurate dimension are realized by this way. 

5、熱處理

熱處理采用了易普森的可控氣氛多用爐進(jìn)行處理，保證了熱處理過程的一致性和防止了熱處理過程的氧化脫碳。

5、 Heat treatment 

Epson air controlled furnaces are employed to process the heat treatment to lead the consistent treatment result and avoid oxidized decarburization.

6、預(yù)拉伸

每個接鏈環(huán)在出廠前進(jìn)行100%的2.5倍工作載荷試驗和探傷檢驗，保證了使用過程的安全性。

6、 Pre-elongation

Each pair of chain connectors are tested with the load 2.5 times over its capacity-and have flaw detection to maintain its safety during their serving period.

7、質(zhì)量檔案

每個接鏈環(huán)都有自己唯一的標(biāo)識碼，能夠追溯到每一個工序，并保存10年。

7、 Quality Archive

Each chain connector has their unique label which can be traced back to its any former manufacturing chapter.
